Since 1990, the magazine A-Z (Artopoiia-Zacharoplastiki) is published and sent every two months to more than 7.450 bakery and pastry companies in Greece and Cyprus. It is regarded as the largest and most reliable professional bakery and pastry magazine in Greece and one of the best magazines of this kind in Europe.

For 23 years now, the magazine Z+G is published every two months and sent to more than 6.200 greek and international pastry, ice cream and chocolate companies. It is the only professional magazine in Greece that has become a full member of the Euroclub of Pastry Magazines, a group of the best European magazines of this sector. With the highest circulation in the pastry sector, Z+G is recognised as the best Greek professional magazine of this kind. Artisanal Bakery Pastry
Artisanal Bakery and Pastry is the official magazine of the Hellenic Bakers' Federation. Since October 2007, FORUM SA has taken on its publication opening a new chapter in the magazine's history thanks to the modernisation of its layout, the differentiation and evolution of its material. It features all the association news and the latest trends in the Greek and international artisanal bakery sector.

The magazine Snack & Coffee has been published since January 2005 every two months and sent to approximately 7.460 companies in Greece and Cyprus.
Snack & Coffee is the first Greek professional magazine that fully targets the branch of fast food restaurants and coffee shops (cafeterias, fast food, pizzerias, refreshment shops etc) that is the fastest growing sector in Greece with huge potential for further development.

FORUM SA made an international breakthrough in the publishing world by creating the magazine “PSITOpolio” (Steak House). It is the first magazine of this kind in the world targeting exclusively chop-houses (taverns, steak-houses, grill houses). It offers professionals of this branch the opportunity to discover new ideas and receive important information that will help them stand out from competitors.
